AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN GAMES AND SERVICES

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RULES

By entering the premises, participating in games or services provided by Gateway Casinos Innisfil at Georgian Downs (the "Facility"), and/or utilizing any facility's loyalty program or promotional offers, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age as required in your jurisdiction, to participate in games and services provided by the Facility. You represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into this Agreement.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

To access facilities and services at Gateway Casinos Innisfil at Georgian Downs, you must register with us through our designated on-site registration process. Failure to comply may result in denial or revocation of privileges.

4. LICENSED GAMES AND SERVICES

The Facility provides various games and services that are subject to the laws and regulations governing the province where they operate. By participating in these activities, you acknowledge your understanding of, and agreement with, the applicable laws, rules, and procedures for each game or service provided by us.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

You represent that you are aware of your own limits and abilities to gamble responsibly. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone else, please seek help from our responsible gaming resources as outlined in Section 10.

6. DEPOSIT LIMITS AND TIME-OUT OPTIONS

The Facility participates in Ontario's responsible gaming framework by offering deposit limits and time-out options through OLG’s PlaySmart program. You may adjust these settings at any point or request assistance with managing your play from our staff.

7. SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

By utilizing self-exclusion tools, you voluntarily commit to excluding yourself from participating in the Facility's services for a specified period as outlined by Section 10 of this Agreement. This commitment is enforceable across all properties operated by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and recognized jurisdictions under Ontario regulation.

8. CLAIMS AND DISPUTES

You acknowledge that the laws governing gaming disputes in your jurisdiction apply to all claims and issues arising from participation at the Facility. Any dispute or claim must be made through our customer support channels outlined below, providing clear documentation of facts involved with the issue submitted for review.

9. PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION PROTECTION

The Facility is committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding all participant data. This commitment includes adhering to provincial regulations and privacy policies established by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited that protect personal information shared for participating in games, loyalty programs, or services offered at the premises.

10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that you understand there are inherent risks associated with gambling and gaming activities. The Facility is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of participation or involvement in these activities. By continuing to participate in such, you release and hold harmless Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, its affiliates, agents, staff members from all claims, damages, losses arising out of your use.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario applicable at that time. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through exclusive jurisdiction and venue within a Canadian court in accordance with local rules on litigation, unless otherwise stated within provincial gaming regulation.

12. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION AND REVOCATION

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time without notice should we suspect that you have engaged or intend to engage in behavior contrary to these Terms and Conditions. In such an event, all benefits of participating may be revoked.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering into this Agreement, I acknowledge receipt of these Terms and Conditions, confirm my understanding of the above terms, and agree that any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed in accordance with Ontario's gaming laws.
